Senior Specialist, Communications

I’m Jose I. Lopez—Joe to my friends—and I’m a Senior Communications Specialist at Avid Core. I was raised in McAllen, Texas, and graduated from McAllen Memorial High School and from the University of Texas–Pan American (now UTRGV). I developed a passion for leadership at a young age, a trait that carried me through my time in the Marine Corps and has guided my career. I challenge myself daily by learning new skills and taking on new opportunities—most recently launching two LLCs in the past 90 days. I love working with people and serving as a mentor to the many young people I’ve crossed paths with. I’m committed to continuous growth, strong leadership, and helping others reach their potential.
