At Avid Core, I bring more than 20 years of experience working across federal, defense, and civilian programs, where I’ve supported strategic planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination on high-impact initiatives. What draws me to this work is the opportunity to solve real problems alongside thoughtful, mission-driven teams. I enjoy making sense of complex systems, connecting people and ideas, and translating big-picture goals into practical, actionable steps that move projects forward. Avid Core’s focus on collaboration, adaptability, and meaningful impact strongly aligns with how I approach my work and the type of teams I’m excited to be part of. Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who loves travel, reading, creative projects, and being outdoors. I’m based in Maryland, where I enjoy spending time with my family, watersports, exploring, and tackling the occasional home improvement project.
