Rachel Levine
Senior Specialist, International Affairs
I have always been intrigued by cultures and how they interact in the international arena. To that end, I attended the University of Maryland, College Park where I received two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in government and politics with a concentration in international relations and another in Spanish language, literature, and culture, as well as a Master of Public Policy with specializations in international development and international security and economic policy. I started my career on the Europe Capacity Development Team at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) traveling to Vanuatu to facilitate trainings for partner nations and hosted delegations from various European countries. I also spent time in USAID’s Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean supporting development efforts throughout the region. I call Maryland home but am always planning my next trip and have traveled to over a dozen countries. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing softball at the National Mall, and watching (University of Maryland, GWU Women’s Lacrosse, NY Giants, NY Mets, professional softball) sports.
